GST and QST are extra. Additional rent will be adjusted annually and detailed further in the lease agreement to be concluded.

2. The tenant will be responsible for paying their own energy costs.

5. The tenant must undertake their own zoning verification and obtain occupancy permits from the municipality.

7. The tenant must provide a personal guarantee to the landlord as security for rent payment.
A credit check will be conducted by the landlord, at their own expense, and must meet their full satisfaction. This will be a condition of any lease commitment.
